Ancient Skepticism - Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy
The quality of articles in this encycopedia can be rather erratic. This particular article, however, has the considerable advantage of having been written by Leo Groarke, who is the author of the interesting and highly recommended book Greek Scepticism: Anti-Realist Trends in Ancient Thought (Montreal and Kingston, 1990).
Classical Skepticism: Issues and Problems
A detailed and thoughtful set of notes on ancient scepticism prepared by Peter Suber of the Philosophy Department, Earlham College.
Comprehensive Bibliography on Skeptical Thought in the Ancient World
This bibliography, constructed by Richard Carrier (1998), makes a good attempt to live up to its title. However, although it is divided into some very broad sections, it is not an annotated bibliography.
