North Star Driving Club of North/Central Wisconsin
Our mission of the North Star Driving Club is to promote education, safety and responsibility of driving horses in a family friendly atmosphere.
Our club is open to any person or family, owning, breeding or having an interest in driving horses. Driving horses being defined as any equine that can be driven including: draft, standard, cob, pony, miniature, donkeys and mules.
Members are invited to attend monthly meetings, fun shows, drives, parades and training seminars. We hold different events through out the year, all geared to family fun and education.
Our monthly newsletter keeps everyone informed to current club activities and horse-world news topics such as: health concerns, identification, training, breeding, proper harness/buggy fit and repair; as well as for sale and wanted items. If you have a horse question or concern, we can find the answer for you.
We are located in North/Central Wisconsin, Clark and Taylor counties; midway between Wausau and Eau Claire, close to the Chequamegan National Forest, the Pine Line Rail Trail and several other scenic routes.
We are still under construction, so please stop back again. We will be adding to and updating our for sale items, calendar of events and picture gallery.
